Talon Defense seeks a seasoned technical leader with 12+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles to oversee Computer Network Operations development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee development of quick reaction capabilities for emerging threats
- Manage cross-platform engineering targeting Windows and Linux
- Lead reverse engineering efforts of systems and source code
- Guide exploit development teams and binary analysis initiatives
- Establish technical standards for sensitive operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrated mastery of C/C++ and low-level system programming
- Deep expertise in Windows and Linux operating system internals
- Leadership experience with technical teams in security environments
- Advanced reverse engineering and source code analysis capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Kernel development experience
- Assembly language proficiency
- Cryptographic protocol knowledge
- Advanced certifications (OSCP, OSCE, CISSP)
Security Clearance
Position requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance or higher.
Travel
Approximately 10% required
